Shipping

We use shipping companies to distribute goods around New Zealand. All consignments are accompanied by a tracking number to allow you to track the progress of your delivery.
As a default, we will (on your behalf) provide the carrier with an authority to leave the package at the front door if the property is unattended.
For this reason it’s preferable to use a business address or an address that is attended during business hours. You must advise us at the time of order if an “authority to leave” is not acceptable.

Same Day
​
Same business day despatch is offered for orders placed before 12pm wherever possible.

Shipping rates
​
Shipping rates are calculated on a flat rate basis according to estimated weight of the goods and apply within New Zealand to physical addresses only.

Shipping returns
​
To return your product, you should mail your product to Tasman Karts, 8 Rosemary Place, Stoke, Nelson, New Zealand.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
